These terms govern your use of SchoolSync: Notice to Calendar. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them and to Apple's applicable App Store terms.
What SchoolSync does
SchoolSync assists with recognizing text and preparing Calendar events from user-provided notices. OCR and rule-based interpretation can make mistakes.
You are responsible for reviewing every title, date, time, location, reminder, update, and cancellation before relying on it.
Not an official school record
SchoolSync is independent of schools, districts, ParentSquare, Apple, and Calendar account providers.
The original notice and the issuing organization remain authoritative. The app does not replace emergency alerts, attendance systems, medical instructions, or direct school communication.
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and information you import. You confirm that you have permission to process and store them.
Do not use SchoolSync to infringe privacy, copyright, or other rights.
Purchases
The Lifetime Pass is a one-time in-app purchase for eligible Pro features in the purchased app.
The Yearly Pass renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment, renewal, refunds, Family Sharing eligibility, and subscription management are controlled by Apple and your App Store account. Prices can vary by region.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance.
Local processing depends on supported Apple devices, operating-system capabilities, permissions, and available storage.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, SchoolSync is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Code MXM is not liable for missed, incorrect, duplicated, or changed events, or for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on extracted information.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the app and erase its local data at any time. We may restrict access for misuse.
